Venue Partnership Request

This is your venue's opportunity to request partnership with Vougatti. Should Vougatti accept your request, your venue (referred to as "Partner Venue") and Vougatti have the following obligations. Your Partner Venue can also qualify for the Vougatti Commission Program.

Upon acceptance of your request,

Vougatti is obligated to:

(1) Create a web page within the Vougatti website (www.vougatti.com) which will serve as Partner Venue's Vougatti Profile, viewable to the public. The profile will include information on which perks a Vougatti Card Holder is privy to with Partner Venue.

(2) Announce the partnership through press releases and the Vougatti website, one month prior to the first day of the first quarter of partnership.

(3) Extend rights to Partner Venue to sell and market the Vougatti Card.

 

Partner Venue is obligated to:

(1) Send content (photographs, website address, events, and/or text) to Vougatti which is to be posted on the Partner Venue's Vougatti profile page.

(2) Notify all staff of the partnership and honor the Vougatti Card at all times.

(3) Report any abuse of the Vougatti Card by card holders and guests.

 

Vougatti Commission Program:

(1) Sales Commission: For every card sold by the Partner Venue, Vougatti will send by check or paypal, a $100 commission to the sales person within 10 business days of a cleared order. An additional $100 will go to the Partner Venue via check within 10 business days of a cleared order.

(2) Qualifying Partner Venues will automatically be entered into the "Vougatti Volume" challenge: $300 of every card sold will go into the "Vougatti Volume" pool. At the end of each calendar quarter, every qualifying Partner Venue will earn a portion of cash from the pool based on the amount of Vougatti Card Holder business they have secured over the quarter. In order to be considered a Qualifying Partner Venue, Partner Venues must have sold five (5) or more card memberships in that quarter.

 

Regulations:

(1) Vougatti reserves the right to cancel this Partnership Agreement with two weeks notice with any Partner Venue for any reason. Any accrued "Vougatti Volume" earnings will be paid at the end of the quarter and remaining commissions will be paid within 10 business days.

(2) Any Partner Venue reserves the right to cancel this Partnership Agreement with two weeks notice for any reason. Partner Venue must return all promotional material received from Vougatti.

(3) Vougatti reserves the right to pull membership from any Vougatti Card Holder for any reason and send a prorated refund.
